Green Vie Mozzarella Vegan Cheese

In my area there are not great "normal" mozzarella options, but in the meantime this is a fine alternative for topping and melting. Remember this is a block of cheese so you'll have to cut it yourself in whatever way you need it.

Nella confezione c'è scritto "I melt for you", non è che si poteva lasciare lì! :) Il gusto mozzarella c'è, ovvero non è che sia saporitissimo da solo, però ci sta da dio su un tortino salato di patate, come l'ho usato io, e immagino anche su pizza, pasta e bruschette. Si scioglie, ma non fila come promesso. Nel complesso buono dai!

If you care, it really tastes like cheese (I wouldn’t say mozzarella, but definitely emmental or provola/provolone), if you don’t, then it just tastes reeeal good

Buonissimo! Sembra quasi un formaggio fresco tipo latteria, però con il classico retrogusto di cocco (leggero) e una consistenza un po’ più grassa. Nel complesso secondo me uno dei migliori. L’ho messo sulla pizza fatta in casa e anche a crudo in un panino con affettato veg e maionese: una bomba! 😋 costa sui 4-5 euro, però è un bel panetto che mi è durato una settimana piena
