red-braised beef noodle soup

This soup noodle bowl is a popular typical Taiwanese dish, and they nailed it with this vegan broth so burst with flavours. I was indulging in the sweetness from the radish & some Chinese herbal notes. Portion is decent, the fake meat has mushroom in it, which is a plus. I love this even tho clearly the presence of MSG can hardly be ignored 🙂
