EGGPLANT & MIXED MUSHROOM RAGOUT

pasta was accompanied by a mushroom and eggplant red sauce and artichokes. i enjoyed the fried polenta and balsamic glaze. the dish felt very elegant, and the flavors blended together perfectly; it was clearly well thought out. the dish is also light, but still filling.

The polenta is firm and a little crispy, just how I like it! Not to mention, the mushroom ragout is amazing.

Incredible flavor and texture, beautiful presentation, and filling without making you feel stuffed. I would definitely order this again!
