Vegan yakitori

5/5. One of my favourite dishes I’ve ever had. The “meat” was cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and the sauce was so tasty. Had it as part of their Nijiya Course, worth it to try most of the dishes on the menu. Pricier than usual in Japan but worth every yen, the meal was perfect. #veganjapan #vegankyoto #veganmeat #soymeat

I was here eating alone, and I tried to order as much food as I could, I didn’t want to miss on any deliciousness from this super cute izakaya. non ricordo il nome ehe però erano gli equivalenti degli yakitori, solo non su spiedino! sembrava seitan super marinato, tenerissimo e squisito. fra i migliori piatti dell’izakaya, che in generale era però così così
