Vegan Wok-Hei Pineapple Fried Rice

A dish that is more towards sweet/sour than savoury, not up to personal expectation. Nonetheless, the nutrition values could not be denied, with pineapple (of course), broccoli, OnlyEg pieces, mock prawn, roasted cashew nuts, and cucumber pieces (probably pickled as they’re sweetish too).

Bangkok Jam has expanded their vegan-friendly menu in collaboration with various #sglocal plant-based alternatives! This pineapple fried rice indeed had a nice smokey wok-hei! Back in August this year, I had ever ordered some of the new #onlyeg dishes at Bangkok Jam, and wasn't impressed because the 'egg' seemed pale and unseasoned. This time, the #onlyeg omelette shreds were much more fragrant and fried together with the other ingredients, such that they were well integrated into the dish (like real bits of egg in fried rice). The fried rice also came with #happiee konjac squidee and prawniee as well as broccoli, served alongside roasted cashews and pickles. Glad there has been such an improvement! P.S.
