Vegan veg wok

A nice bowl of rice noodles and mixed vegetables served with their blackbean sauce and tempura tofu. Nice and filling but I felt there could have been more flavour.

Chef made this combo veg wok for us Was on menu but he made a few changes for us Was particularly impressed with the Tofu, not sure how they achieved it but it was airy and texture was amazing Really wish I knew how they made this This was really delicious can’t wait to have again 😋 Price R97
