One of the best vegan options on the menus seem to be the smaller plates. These were SO delish. Definitely recommend getting more than one portion of these.

A nice bowl of rice noodles and mixed vegetables served with their blackbean sauce and tempura tofu. Nice and filling but I felt there could have been more flavour.

Some incredibly tasting mushroom dumplings full of flavour. The amount of chilli oil they give makes me a little sad though because I feel like so much of it goes to waste. Like how much chilli oil do you need for three dumplings 😅

Good taste but definitely my least favourite little starter at Saigon. I think the menu description is a little misleading, it was described as having a glaze, it just sat in a bunch of sauce, and the name suggests more of a spicy punch than was delivered. I don't drink alcohol but this virgin cocktail was so delicious, it was packed with lots of cherry flavour and yes, I'm a sucker for mini-umbrellas 😅 they are so cute!
