Lovely vegan ramen outside of TeamLab planet, an art installation. They have only this dish

(plus ice cream and tea), but it’s very good. The broth is thick and based on oat milk, combined with a miso sauce (according to the menu it is a blend of several types of miso unique to Japan, white sesame paste, and further infused with ginger and garlic).
I enjoyed it, but I have to say the best ramen of my life is still the one I had in Vegan Bistro in Harajuku. 🍜

As the picture may suggest, this ramen is divine! ✨

I didn’t have a lot

of expectations because I don’t normally eat ramen (mostly because it’s hard to find a vegan one) but this one really ticked all the boxes: the noodles, the soup, the toppings were all on point and well balanced, and the presentation is 👨‍🍳 😘 👌🏻

While definitely pricier than most at ¥1,800, it’s definitely worth it.
