Ok… this was the tastiest vegan orh luak among all the sauté’s in my opinion! I’ve got no idea how close it was to the real stuff, never tasted #orhluak when I was omnivorous. So I saw this as a vegan #mushroom #omelette.. it was pretty good one. #veganegg #cilantro #chillisauce

Made up of fried tofu, great for sharing. Must dip in chilli.
