Vegan Cleo (Vegan Cleopatra Jones)

Some of my favorite things about New York are all the bagel shops in the morning, and the pizza slices late at night. I'm so glad many of them have vegan options! I really loved that Two Boots had three vegan slice options. This one has vegan sausage, roasted peppers, red onion, and Daiya cheese. It was a nice meaty option, but imo it wasn't as special and didn't hold up to the great flavor of the V for Vegan. The crust here is super good though. There's something about the cornmeal that I really love.
