Vanilla cupcake

So I am not totally sure this is allowed but this amazing vegan and gluten free cupcake is from my work. I didn't actually purchase this one but received it from my boss for coming in and helping with a catering order last night. I love these and the chocolate cupcakes and have purchased and enjoyed them before working there lol! They are super huge, light, fluffy, and oh so frostingy! We bake multiple mornings a week so they are ALWAYS fresh and delicious! Honestly the best vegan or gluten free baked good I've ever enjoyed! My kids couldn't even tell the difference last time I went in and bought a few ( one is 12 omnivore the other 3, vegetarian). My husband either for that matter! Anyways if your ever around New London please please absolutely give yourself a treat and stop in!

Like everything else here, the cupcake was delicious. It is never overly sweet, just vegan cupcake perfection!! #veganisnotscary
