We shared this dish with #tofu filled with #beansprouts and #cucumber and topped with crushed #peanut 🌱 Still waiting for that tofu emoji to be created xD

I usually avoid the Tofu Parcels because as a starter they're a lot more expensive than I would like, however, they are absolutely delicious! They give a mouthful of flavour without being too much, making them a great entrée 😋
Juicy tofu filled with fresh herbs, cucumber and bean sprouts, topped with toasted peanuts - sooo fresh and delicious and served as 3 large bite sizes. Really hard to share because they’re so good 🪄
