The Sunnyside

This had a delicious and stunningly realistic sunny-side-up 🥚 that did not come from a 🐔! It was made by Yo! Egg from soy and chickpeas and had a crave-worthy runny yolk on top of a smooth, tender, and firm egg white, 3 grams of protein, no cholesterol, and no animal cruelty. Wow! In addition to the 🌱-based 🥚, this had savory, seasoned tofu feta, rich and creamy garlic hummus, pickled red peppers, perfectly ripe avocado, and bright and fresh microgreens on crisp and pleasantly chewy toasted sourdough bread.
