Tofu Banh Mi Sandwich

Contains tofu, pickled salmon and carrot, jalapeno, cilantro, Sriracha, hoisin on an Italian roll. Cannot be made gluten free. Comes with a side, I got chips. It's not a hot sandwich, served cold. It's delicious! Sorry for the ugly picture, lol.
