Gluten Free Tofu Mayo Sandwich

One of my favorite sandwiches, it has a completely unique taste, I never get tired

of it! #ashers

The Fussy Vegan is one of my favourite vegan places. I love everything on the

menu! The sandwich on the left is the mushroom bbq slaw one and on the right is the tofu mayo.

Tofu mayo sandwich with dill. This is absolutely delicious, the texture is divine and it's

the best on-the-go meal!

Best gluten free bread.
I keep going back for the tofu mayo sandwich. Super delicious!

I love this sandwich and I am not usually a tofu fan - but this

sandwich lightly toasted = such a winner
