The Edith

I love this vegan twist on a classic NY sandwich. I've been making carrot lox at home a lot recently. It was nice to have it here! Like everywhere in NYC, they are very generous with their schmear! The carrot lox was yummy and went with the capers. I like the fresh green onions. It was a nice departure from the usual pickled onion. The Edith is their version of a lox bagel - brined dill carrots, cashew cream cheese, capers and chives on a toasted everything bagel. This was so satisfying and legit it deserves the title BaeGOALS (pun intended). Aside from a small menu of made-to-order food, they have a great selection of artisan vegan cheeses.
