This dish originally comes with feta, but I asked to substitute it for avocado instead. It’s a really fresh and wholesome salad with a tons of healthy veggies and fluffy quinoa. Love the tasty balsamic dressing and the crunchy nuts and chickpeas too, and it’s really filling!
