
Delicious, very mushroomy and I really appreciate them carrying Miyoko’s vegan mozzarella — will definitely be returning, and look forward to trying a couple other vegan versions of their pizzas. Pizza places - this is the way to do it - no separate frozen combination vegan and gluten free crust to cover all your special diet customers at once with one sub-standard product (pizza crust does not need dairy) and quality vegan cheese, not Daiya - which is serviceable when a sprinkle is used, but so many places drown their pizzas in it like it -is- real cheese. Take a lesson here, artful, delicious.
**To make this dish vegan, substitute vegan mozzarella for the dairy cheese.** I absolutely love that the #Tamalpie offers #Miyokos mozzarella! The crust is airy and crunchy (and vegan, I asked). You can taste the quality in the mushrooms and the lemon gives it a nice bitter punch. And the Miyoko’s makes it perfect!
