I almost went through the whole platter before I realized that I need to write a review. It’s only a vegetarian platter, you need ask to remove the mayo to make it vegan. Nothing wow, but it’s not bad either. I think, it’s a bit overpriced. I would only order it again if I really craved sushi and couldn’t make my own or get to town to have nicer ones.
This vegetarian sushi platter from Sushi Art is a great price at R135 for 23 pieces. It does come with non-vegan mayo, so be sure to exclude it when ordering. I usually just add my own mayo.
Ordered the Green Platter with no mayo (added my own). You get 24 pieces of sushi and they're always really fresh and well assembled :)
The Green Platter normally includes mayo inari, but I asked them to exclude mayo from all sushi and add some cucumber to the inari. I received a beautiful platter, and with way more than just cucumber on the inari. Platter consists of avo maki, veg california rolls, futo maki, and inari. Everything was delicious and fresh, with plenty of condiments.
