I’m gobsmacked by how good this is 🥹 Then I want to open my gob all over again and order a second serving ✌️ because having this as a weekly #special only once a week on a day I usually work from the office is absolutely unfair. I forgot how good a good #chickenrice can be 🙌 They seemed to have slathered some oil over the dish, #sesame perhaps, but it had a toasty punch 👊 The #veganchicken they used was #seitan based so it absorbed the #soysauce and #chillisauce very well. The rice too was proper chicken rice. I was a bit afraid when it looked a little too white from afar 🙀 Luckily this was not the case! S$5 for this veggie-less serving, not including the cucumbers 🥒, may be more than what most are willing to pay but I think it’s worth it given that this doesn’t seem to be a daily thing for them. Risk & all in business, right? 👩💼 I can’t believe I’m saying this though, but perhaps it could use just a bit more protein? 🤭
