Spicy Shitake Mushroom Purple Rice Roll

I love the food here in Elemen! Literally every thing is nice! But do note that diff outlets have slightly diff menu. For eg, some have 6 course meal while some have 7! #veganin2020

Ask with no mayo to make it fully vegan! The rolls are very tasty and good sized. The tofu was super silky and went well with the sauce the seaweed. Good dish!

This dish is a vegan japanese dish for people who love sushi and japanese food and the flavour is enhanced and good although the price is a little high but worth it for a once in a time meal

I enjoyed the tofu, which was supple and soft, as well as the purple rice roll with fried beancurd enclosed within it! However, I found the sauces and garnishes to be overwhelmingly sweet, it wasn’t balanced out by other contrasting flavours. In spite of this, the texture combination and presentation were commendable :) overall, I would recommend it if you like to hit the different food groups and enjoy sweet garnishes and sauces.

Please request to omit the mayo for strict vegans. All dishes in Elemen are labeled clearly if contains eggs / dairy. So do check again before ordering. I like this dish and it completes my cravings for Japanese sushi.
