I think the use of lemongrass is quite innovative here, slightly sweet but it has that distinct lemongrass scent to it.

Part of Christmas Set. This main course has a bit of Asian twist with the pu-ye leaf as decoration. Reminded me one of Joie’s mains with this. Taste wise is okay but nothing fantastic. The side sauce is slightly tangy & goes well with the portobello.

Not too much vegan options for dessert though, this is part of the 5-course set menu. Chose this since there’s no other options left. Just a sweet vegan dessert. Really wish they include more vegan friendly options in their menu, but still great that their menu is labelled well and is helpful. PS: their dishes individually are quite expensive it’s a better deal to go for the 5-course or the 8-course meal.

The rice lacks the fragrance and flavor of a chicken rice. The flavor aren't infuse into the rice as well. Also, the amount of chilli sauce is pathetic (two drops of chili sauce maybe?). This dish is quite disappointing to be honest.

Shared this with my family who aren't vegan The monkey heads have a good texture, slightly crisp on the outside and not overly dry on the inside. Instead of the usual peanut sauce, they have this somewhat tangy fruity kind of sauce to dip with. Overall, I think it's an okay dish if you drop the expectation of it being a satay lol

Shared this with my family who aren't vegan The three items are chee cheong fun, dal vada, and spicy fried tauhu. Enjoyed chee cheong fun the most (sauce is good too), the other two were pretty average. Spicy fried tauhu isn't really spicy though.
