Soyrizo Breakfast Burrito

In order to make this vegan you need to get it without cheese or eggs. The chef recommended adding kimchi on it and I thought it was a great addition! The name of this restaurant, along with the online menu, is a bit misleading and they didn't have to many vegan options, but they made it work and it turned out well! The drinks are also great there!
