Sous Vide King Oyster "Mock Scallop"

Look at me (and my dish), not legs pls. You know what I'm mumbling about 😜 The legs of #kingoystermushrooms make for a delectable, chewy #scallop -y treat with a side of #salad sans dressing (arrived in a little pot anyway ⚠, avoid that pls!). Was a RM15 then, prolly a RM22 now (up 50% with each hike) 🤨 #alliumfree #cabbage

Cost 15rm (~5sgd). Pretty plating. Like the greens. “Scallop” is that king oyster mushroom taste lo hahahaha 😂
