This is such a good version of vegan Mac. Bursting with healthy greens and the cashew cheese sauce is mild yet really tasty. Works so well with the macaroni. The sourdough bread is also just too good. Compliments the dish well.

The actual mac and cheese dish was severely lacking in cheese, but the sauce was very creamy 🧀 Garlic bread was v tasty and the salad had a nice dressing 🥗
