Lentils with mashed pumpkin and pimento carrot rice

Excellent costumer service! Despite the names of the items on the menu being vague, the food was filled with layers of flavors. The textures were perfect; the rice fluffy, the mashed pumpkin creamy, and the lentils perfectly cooked.
