This was dreamy, with multiple delicate aromatic flavors.  It was made with a jasmine and beet root mochi cake and filled with mung beans, coconut shreds, candied walnuts, and Palestinian dates, and topped with edible glitter and fresh alyssum flowers. This consisted of beet root snow skin filled with mung bean, coconut, and durian paste. Aromatic and lightly sweet, it’s a perfect "anytime" dessert or snack. The red and yellow represent the colors of Vietnam 🇻🇳. Eating round food during this time of year is also meant to usher in prosperity and good fortune, because round food is shaped like and represents gold coins 🥮🧧.
