Not bad. Not the super thick gooey type but quite nice with tofu, black fungus etc in it. Need to eat with black vinegar.

CNY 2021 vegan special menu. Smooth and thick, yet not too starchy or gluey. Lots of different textures with shredded beancurd skin, glass noodles, 'fishcake', and black fungus.
Mercury and fins-free, this is one M bowl that's real bang for buck at $15, sufficient to feed 5 mouths with multiple servings each. There was a seal of approval from the carnivore in the family(albeit doused in soy sauce). That alone qualifies as a winning dish🥇
