Shakshuka

What a great #Shakshuka! Warm, comforting and filling 🤤 #droolworthy The base is a delicious #tomato sauce 🥫, which was super fruity and seasoned nicely! This gets topped with plenty of other ingredients. There’s scrambled #tofu made from silken tofu - it was seasoned perfectly and tasted realistically #eggy. Too eggy for me 🍳. There was also #zhug which was great - it’s the green sauce that looks like pesto. Made from #parsley and #cilantro. The vegan nut #feta was a true highlight. So rich, creamy and delicious. 😋 There was a spice and #nut mix as well, rounding off this perfect dish. Served with warm #sourdough #bread 🍞. What more can I ask for?
