This was freaking delicious, I mean, look at it!! Brioche bread super filled with marinated and grilled #seitan steak with vegan #cheddar, fresh tomato, red onion, rocket salad and brava #sauce. Everything else in this place I found on the healthy side, but this was amazing, and not by chance, this was my order 😁 8,9€ well spent #barcelona #barcelonavegan #veganspain

This was even better than it looks. The layers upon layers of perfectly marinated seitan topped with a delicious gooey vegan cheese. I never wanted it to end and will definitely be trying to recreate this at home! The food in here is 100% plant-based, do not miss it if you’re in Barcelona
