Vegan "Orh Luak" made from tofu and mushroom!! Can't really find vegan orh luak in singapore easily. And this tasted really good! My non-veg colleagues were like, "wa got the oyster taste". Likely coz of the seaweed! Yumz!!!

So oily but tasty haha. One of my fav dishes there. Opt for the vegan option for crispy tofu that won’t make you miss eggs at all! :3 #tofu
