The dish has really nice taste and flavours, but it was way too oily. I hoped that the soup version will be different than the sause version and will give me a sense of light asian soup with transparent broth, but it wasn't the case. I with they put more fresh ingredients in the plate and less oily staff, like deep fried tempura. It was tasty, flavourful and satiating, but also heavy and oily. I would rather choose ramen with asian mushrooms, sprouts, transparent broth and tofu... like in WagaMama... It's a shame. The concept of the place is great though.
