Pulled pork tacos

They sell this as a #starter but I’m thinking it’s enough for a main if you’re eating by yourself! It’s three #corn #tortillas, pulled marinated #jackfruit, #slaw, #coriander and #gochujang mayo! Unfortunately the corn tortillas weren’t the freshest anymore, but each one was generously filled with tender, pulled marinated jackfruit, topped with a vibrant slaw bursting with colors and flavors, sprinkled with fresh coriander for a refreshing kick, and drizzled with a tantalizing gochujang mayo, adding a spicy and savory depth to every bite. We loved these jackfruit tacos. The spicing of the jackfruit was deliciously savory. They were topped with tasty red cabbage, pickled veggies and thousand island sauce. The sweet sauce provided contrast, but there was there was too much of it for my taste. It would’ve been better on the side.

Jack fruit is a great alternative to meat. The Consistency and the combo with the other ingredients is really good. Really good looking dish! A perfect yummy appetizer.
