Durante il mio viaggio in Bulgaria sono stata a Sofia, dove ci sono tantissimi ristoranti vegani. C'è l'imbarazzo della scelta! Uno tra questi è Edgy Veggy: un localino carino, con molti prodotti sfiziosi. Come contorno abbiamo preso le patate a spicchi condite con Origano, Sale e Paprika.
