Popcorn Vegan Roll

This is a very tasty dish perfect for sharing! The vegan popcorn roll has a layer of vegan sushi rolls on the bottom and is topped with fried mushrooms and chik’n. The vegan sushi is really good, great ingredients and well prepared. The fried portion on top was perfectly fried as well.
