Lived up to the spice level and taste of the other dishes. Personally I am not a big fan of udon but the family loved it. I find the udon too thick and doughy.

The broth is wonderully rich, savory and full of flavor. The noodles are perfectly cooked. Loaded with garlic, black beans, wood ear mushrooms and bok choy. Gokuku has mastered the art of ramen. I like their Beyond Ramen a tiny bit more, but all in all, both are 5/5.

I’m a big fan of #vegansushi and this crunchy vegan shrimp roll was awesome. It was well prepared, and all of the ingredients were fresh. It was made up of vegan shrimp tempura, cucumber, vegan eel sauce on the top. Simple and delicious:)

This is a very tasty dish perfect for sharing! The vegan popcorn roll has a layer of vegan sushi rolls on the bottom and is topped with fried mushrooms and chik’n. The vegan sushi is really good, great ingredients and well prepared. The fried portion on top was perfectly fried as well. Everything was delicious and it was fun for everyone to try. #vegansushi #ilovevegansushi

My husband and I enjoyed these Gyoza dumplings in chili oil from Gokuku. The dumplings were soft and filled with a yummy filling. They were covered in a tasty chili oil sauce as well. Perfect for sharing. $10.50. #veganfortheanimals #vegandumplings

Packed with fresh vegetables, beyond meat and tender noodles in a rich spicy mouthwatering broth. I crave this ramen all the time! Highly recommend this restaurant. Gokuku restaurant boasts an extensive sushi roll menu too!

build your own ramen! you get to choose your base, type of noodles, 3 toppings and a garnish. i'm not even a fan of ramen but i was craving noodles - ended up finishing the entire bowl!! 😍 the broth is super rich and the tofu was so flavourful! what a great spot ✨

This dish had me convinced this is what’s in vegan heaven 😮‍💨 The broth was both creamy and full of flavor with the right amount of spice (can always be made spicier) The wood ear mushroom and other veggies were crisp and fresh. The soy bit topping and fresh cilantro were the perfect garnishes . This is my favorite ramen ever 🍜
