Such a refreshing change to have a vegan bratwurst sausage. Served with garlic mashed potatoes

slathered in rich, mushroom wine gravy and grilled zucchini and red peppers done to perfection.

Yummmmm so delicious. Just like grandma used to make but without the animals!
