Chicken sandwich

Loved this sandwich! The chickn is fried tofu which is a nice change from the usual soy or seitan meat substitute. The homemade bun was great and the sauce really made this😋

What can I say other than this Blew me away! Chuck full of flavor it was Absolutley one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever tried! Plant City takes vegan to the next level!!
