Plant-Based Dum Biryani

Very spicy and yummy, love it. The Briyani rice didn't have too much spice fragrance I thought. Generous amount of ingredients. Very filling.

E-veg's (housed in the same foodcourt) got competition. Newly opened just diagonally opposite the above with a giant #plantbased signboard that can't be missed. Curiosity kills.. Pricey compared with former but I could see meself indulging every less often at $8 per greeny bowl with a 10% discount on Fairprice App. #alliumfree (rare for Indian cuisine) with a giant mound of #basmati rice, very finely chopped #longbeans, #greens, #cabbage alongside protein #mockmutton drenched in #curry. Heat failed to hold up, losing its slight sting past the 5mins mark. Awesome complimentary soup though ❣️😋
