Penne Pomodoro (No Cheese)

Dino doesn’t have a lot of vegan pasta options, but the good news is that their pomodoro is extremely good so I never feel like I’m missing out! The penne was perfectly cooked and the sauce was fresh and garlicky. Satisfying portion.
