Dino doesn’t have a lot of vegan pasta options, but the good news is that their pomodoro is extremely good so I never feel like I’m missing out! The penne was perfectly cooked and the sauce was fresh and garlicky. Satisfying portion.

An easy five stars! Very possibly the best artichokes I’ve ever tasted. They were marinated in lemon and herbs and grilled to perfection with a delicious char. They left the stems on, so each piece was very large. Great for sharing!

(Easy to veganize by asking for no mozzarella.) This was extreeeemely delicious. Tender, smoky eggplant and salty capers elevated an already scrumptious pomodoro sauce, made fresh in house. Perfectly cooked pasta. I ordered this knowing I would probably have an allergic reaction to the eggplant but it was totally worth it 😛 Anyone else allergic to eggplant skin? My niche and only allergy. #veganisnotscary #pasta
