Paneer & Quinoa Salad (Vegan Version)

This dish normally comes with paneer but the vegan version comes with Fairview’s vegan cheese instead. The salad was really beautiful and I loved the fruit elements, gave it a very fresh feel. I did feel it was a little steep to charge R135 for essentially a plate of fruit and veggies though.
