Nuts And Berries

One of my favorite cocktails on the menu, the nuts and berries. Featuring a lentil based whipped cream, kettle one vodka, frangelico, chambord, along with a hint of lime and maple. yum

We had a lot of good cocktails this trip, but this was definitely the yummiest and most creative! It's made with vodka, hazelnut liqueur, raspberry liqueur, and vegan cream. It's served with a dehydrated blueberry rim and charred cashews. It was maybe a bit out of place in May, but it was so good! I would love to drink it by a fire in the winter.
