Truffle Wafu Linguine

I find this dish lacking in flavor. The pasta is not as springy as I'd like it to be. But they serve a huge portion of vegetables with this!

This has a nice, reserved flavor that is comforting. The seaweed flakes are a nice touch.

Had lots of broccoli cabbage and mushrooms but tasted pretty bland to me.. wasnt as gd as i had expected

I think I might be in love with this pasta. For a person who dislikes strong flavours like me, this pasta is literally made for me. The sauce is not too overwhelming and it has a sweet and salty taste to it, coupled with truffle oil, perfect! However the vegetables are a little on the raw side, I think by having the vegetables more cooked, this dish would be great! The shimeji mushrooms enhanced the flavour of the pasta. Pasta is cooked just right. Great dish!! #crf
