A raw vegan take on #nigiri , this is a really unique dish. The rice is made from jicama ! And each one has a different topping....there is aloe vera "sashimi", an oyster mushroom one, one with fresh spirulina, smoked papaya salmon, with a salad and dipping sauce. Light meal but also satisfying and very interesting flavors. It's not like real sushi but also good and worth a try!
