A raw vegan take on #nigiri , this is a really unique dish. The rice is made from jicama ! And each one has a different topping....there is aloe vera "sashimi", an oyster mushroom one, one with fresh spirulina, smoked papaya salmon, with a salad and dipping sauce. Light meal but also satisfying and very interesting flavors. It's not like real sushi but also good and worth a try! #sushilover

For my #900threview something quite unique ! 🎉 Raw vegan #tacos ! Seeds of life is a fully raw vegan restaurant in Ubud, Bali and they added some new menu items whilst I was away and I was so excited to finally try these ! Chewy and on the sweeter side, the shells are made in the dehydrator so they are really different and very delicious 😋! The filling was a beetroot sunflower seed pate with pineapple salsa and a #sourcream . Served with a little Caesar salad, extra sauce and sour cream plus some BBQ cauliflower bites. The tacos had such interesting bright flavours, the pineapple was so zesty and good...and something unexpected too, a hint of cinnamon or clove, or....? Not entirely sure but I loved this dish, very creative and inline with my philosophy to #eattherainbow 🌈 plus a very generous portion for a good price of 75k, that's $4.70! The raw tacos were extremely flavorful and probably my favorite out if everything we tried at the restaurant. The different sauces added so much dimension to every bite. Unfortunately I have no idea, what the taco shells were made of :)

Extremely yummy experience to have raw sushi. The rice is made from jicama. Would recommend to try it!

This was a very rich cashew coconut cream chocolate square, it was dense and sweet with a lot of coconut oil. Decadent ! #chocoholic #sweettooth

This is their raw zucchini noodle dish with marinara, pesto with some mushroom and olive ....The zoodles underneath look plain and they kind of are but they do have a creamy bechamel. It was pretty good but I did order more marinara ( for an extra charge ) because it was lacking a bit for me in sauce, and it was better with more

These are a really good #appetizer, raw almond coconut bread served with cream cheezes and fermented veggies. I was so hungry so I'm really grateful they brought it out to me first.
