I like the clump-to-individual #kuehteow ratio they have in this shop particularly 😋 Short of mentioning how good the #wokhei is! The char on the #kwayteow naturally translates to a more #umami and complex #cantonese soup… gravy? 🍜
Just like everything else on their #hawkerfood menu, you get a good variety of #fakemeat and a #malaysianapproved serving of greens 🥬 I’ll let @stevenneoh report more on that once I bring him here later this year 😌
