Řoasted Eggplant With Green Tahini

This was just perfect for a light lunch. Simple ingredients but bursting with flavour from the green tahini. There were also lots of side options to add on if you were after something extra. Location was beautiful and the staff lovely and friendly. Looking forward to going back there :)
