Mojo smoked brussel sprouts

This is a great starter! The brussel sprouts are the perfect texture with the right amount of char. They have an incredible smoky flavor that makes me want to sit around a campfire on a chilly night. The aioli does a nice job balancing the smokiness as well. #eatyourveggies

The Brussels had a great smoky flavor and crispy onions and light sauce. One of my favorites.

Smoked brussel sprouts with a sweet corn horseradish crema and oyster mushroom bacon. Yum, I think smoked brussel sprouts are my new favorite! The horseradish is not overpowering either!
