A dish of pressed eggplant confit with balsamic vinegar and basil, grated zucchini and sugar beans. A beautifully prepared dish which tasted just as good, delicious fresh flavours. It was sad to see there were only two more people dining in restaurant. I spoke with the owner and he said he was finding it hard. Such a shame as I visited two other vegan restaurants although they were in Marseille and they were both busy. Still it was very enjoyable and the people who have visited have reviewed it favourable.
